Holder & Co can announce the completion of the off-market acquisition of Unit E, Loscoe Close, Normanton Industrial Estate, a high quality 65,000 sq ft warehouse on behalf of long standing client Towngate plc.

The strategically located unit, which benefits from excellent access to the M62 motorway, was identified and secured directly by Holder & Co without appearing on the open market, underlining the firm’s extensive network and ability to source prime opportunities that perfectly match client requirements.

The purchase further strengthens Towngate plc’s substantial portfolio of industrial and commercial assets across the UK, providing additional capacity in one of the country’s most sought-after logistics locations.
