We can announce the successful sale of a prime commercial premises in Leeds to Leeds College of Building, the UK's only specialist further education college dedicated to construction and the built environment.

Situated on Melbourne Street in LS2 and adjacent LCB's existing North Street Campus, the transaction enables the College to expand its footprint in the city, creating additional capacity and looking to grow their provision to help meet government targets.
