The award was in connection with the deal we negotiated on Units 8 & 12, Brookfoot Business Park, Brighouse, on behalf of Industrials REIT. 

Brookfoot Business Park is well located on the fringe of Brighouse town centre with easy access to the M62 and is now fully let after a successful marketing campaign by Holder & Co who acted as sole agents.

The letting of Units 8 & 12 allowed S&O Fabrications to further expand their operations at Brookfoot Business Park.
