Holder & Co 2022 Year In Review

Here at Holder & Co we are reflecting on a year of mixed and varied transactions in commercial property, highlighting our versatility as a small practice.

The year saw transactions totalling over £10.4m, across 477,397 sq ft and 33 completed deals. The transactions ranged from the letting of 84,000 sq ft warehouse in Doncaster to Howdens, the sale of a two storey modern office block in Leeds and a further sale of a multi-let investment property in Catterick. We also helped clients to acquire offices in Stafford, investment property in Sheffield and multiple shopping centre retail units across the UK.
